DISCOUNT LEASE PRICING FOR COMMUNITY ACCOUNTS - REQUIREMENTS

1. Account must be to support a community of at least 10 people
2. Account must have clear indications of being a communal account (i.e. not simply a member of the community trying to falsely claim that they act on behalf of the community).
3. There must be a clearly written community post explaining how the account is typically used.
4. There must be prior history of the account demonstrably acting according to the guidelines of the post for point 3
5. Low self-voting. We prefer you keep self-voting your community account low.
