My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2019
I dragged myself to the gym today, even though I was so lazy. I fasted for 22hours and workout with some weights to burn all those calories from the ice cream and donuts, my weekend sweetooth cravings! 😅

I did leg and lower back workouts for a total of an hour. Then went on a walk at dusk.

How much willpower my friend @purepinay, today when I woke up I prepared breakfast for everyone and from there to work, at the end of the afternoon I will take my son to karate classes and while I wait for them to walk 45 minutes, I will fulfill it.  Happiness always beautiful lady.
