>Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

When you are weighed down with concerns,  a powerful way to lift the  heaviness of your heart is to learn how to rejoice in the Lord 

The word 'rejoice' means to re-joice, which means to continue being joyful.
If you are weighed down, that means your joy was lost along the way. To lift the heaviness, you need to find your joy again in the Lord.

Rejoicing means to be so joyful that your positive emotions make you dance uncontrollably, jump up and down, shout with your arms to the sky, and spin around. You don’t care how you look to other people.
Joy just takes over your body.

You rejoice because you see great value in what you have been given and are happy about it.

We should rejoice in the Lord, who has given all good things to us.

No matter what you are facing, always remember that no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper and the trials you are going through are not to kill you but, to make you stronger and to make your story sweeter.

As Christians, we are buried and resurrected with Christ therefore, we are more than conquerors in life.
We might pressed on every side, persecuted for Christ's sake and rejected by friends and family but, Christ is our hope and Saviour.

Jesus Christ while He was on earth was denied, rejected, lied against and killed by the ones He loved and  came to die for. 
But, He still continued to love and Rejoice in the Lord for our reconciliation with God through His death and crucification.

God loves us so much and wants us to always rejoice in Him.

We once were lost, but now are found. We were blind but, now we can see. We were under a death sentence for the grievance of our sins, but our sins are forgiven. We have been adopted into God’s royal family.
