If you ever want to be truly happy, you must find peace and love within and for yourself.

 There are always going to be people in this world who will try to bring you down, they will laugh at you, call you names and try to convince you that you are wrong and they are right .

If you do not love yourself and are not at peace with who you are, then this will be very unpleasant indeed, so unpleasant so that you may even pretend to be something you’re not, do things you don’t like or agree with, just because it’s what other people say you must do or is right.

 Because you don’t love yourself you will need approval and support of other people  before you can do anything and you’ll be scared of people disapproving or judging or disagreeing with what you do .  You will constantly need to be around people that have the same judgments with you so that you can feel comfortable and right .

  None of us are perfect, we’ve all made mistakes or are not as good at some things as others are, but that does not mean we cannot make peace with who we are and love ourselves .

 Any mistake that we have made we can learn from and do better, anytime we have failed we can get back up and believe in ourselves and try again.  Anything we are not good at we can practice and improve IF WE LOVE AND BELIEVE IN OUR SELF.

Anything is possible and we can be the being we wish to be and are proud of. 

It may not ever feel good for people to judge you, laugh at you, call you names or tell your stupid or wrong, but if you’re at peace within yourself and you truly love yourself it won’t be that bad and you won’t feel the need to conform just for others. 

 Not only will you be far happier, but you will be far more free and responsible to actual values and integrity something people who do not love themselves cannot commit to.

 The most important work in life is the inner work and finding peace and love within self is the way to true happiness. 

 Without it life is quite miserable indeed, however with it, life is a glorious adventure.
