I just read and fully understood how the "my health status" works from the air-clinic page.
So I'd be describing my health.
Well, I believe I am in a healthy state. By that I speak for my mental state and slighly about my systematic state.
I try to keep myself healthy too. I had myself a chocolate drink with colostrum, and omega 3 fatty acid. I know the benefits of this nutrients, ski made myself drink it. I added fried egg and plantain to it. I know alot of fries is jot good, especially when the oil is not proven to be cholesterol free. So after consuming it, I washed it down with hot tea to help me clean off the oIL from my throat.
Before all that, due to the fact that have been away from the gym for a while, I did 50reps of closed pushup under 3 sets in the order 20,20,10. A good way to start the day after which I brushed my teeth and drank a glass of water.
To crown it all, I believe I had a good and healthy day.

Now I know where to continue with concerning my pushup. Tomorrow, I'd aim for 100 pushup in 5sets. Also found a picture of a 30 day pushup challenge I'd be taking up on myself. The goal is to be shredded more than they say I am. I hope every other persons day was good and better than mine. Thank God for this day.
