 It's not a huge change from last time. Pretty minute, actually, but I feel re-energized on this project, because I'm in full view of the final look. Not that it's close to finished! Not at all... All the pigs need to have their little pirate bodies put in. All of them need to be detailed. I want to add barrels in, maybe a little treasure chest. Carrots everywhere, splashed in from overboard. Peg legs, eye patches (especially on the guinea pig named patches. I think my client will find that cute) ropes, madness in this silly ship of adorable fools. I think I also feel freer to work on this piece, because I finished a small commission that was 99% done from earlier, and it no longer weighs on my mind as yet another task waiting for me. More space in my noggin. How easy it is to lose focus around ones own thoughts! So this, a few tiny commissions, and the Fringe show are what I have. That's not so overwhelming. We have a writers meeting tonight to go over the newer material, and pound out pacing. That'll be one more step towards a completed task. I'm excited.
