Hot drink that you should try

Hey,

If you feel sick and weak, you want to be healthy as quick as possible, right?

So, my bf was feeling bad on this weekend and we were ready for anything to make him feel better, vitamins and tea didn’t seem to help, so we tried hot Coca-Cola.

No, we didn’t figure it out ourselves, it was known fact that, there were ideas going around that Coca-Cola drank warm, was actually very good for your health and had healing properties. As fact that Coke was originally marketed as a medicinal drink, we decided to try it.

 

What do you need:

1 can coca-cola
1 lemon
2-3 cm Ginger

Chop ginger

Slice lemon

Pour Coca-Cola into the pot, add chopped ginger and lemon slices.

Let it simmer for a few minutes to mix the flavors, the quantity decreases. So if you feel like you want more or share it with somebody, double quantities of ingredients.  Don’t boil too long or it’ll caramelize and ruin the pot.

Ginger and lemon are useful. A Coca-Cola contains a lot of sugar and orthophosphoric acid, which are harmful to health.

Apparently,  one cup Coca-Cola doesn't make anybody glow. I read that boiling reduces toxic substances. We are not drinking it daily, but sometimes it is so good, hot or ice cold, with lemon and ginger or whiskey, depends :)

Hot coca cola? That's quite the novel drink and something I'm curious to try. Anyways, I didn't know that coca cola was originally marketed as a medical drink. I guess companies are willing to do anything. I don't mind though since I can use this as a reason to drink more cola. Also is @furious-one who is ill? If so get well soon.
