#### <center>Saigon no.1 gourmet burger restaurant <Marcel gourmet burger> </center>

Hey guys :) Today's blog is going to be the review of Marcel gourmet burger. What is your THE best burger that you've ever had in your life? To me it was the one that I had in Japan. Surprisingly Japan makes really good bread, and their beef is world famous so it does make sense that I had the best burger in my life in Japan. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed a few years ago so I can't recommend it to you guys :(

Anyways, I always have this little hope that I could find the better burger than I think the best burger in my life every time I go to visit new gourmet burger place. Marcel which located in District1, HCMC had the similar atmosphere with western country. I'd say the atmosphere reminded me Canada a little bit.

We ordered three burgers!! The staff seemed surprised because we ordered three dish because we were only two lol. Well burgers in Vietnam is pretty small, it's not like western size so we had to order one extra one.

This is the signature burger of Marcel. I'm a big fan of truffle oil, and they uses it for their signature burger so I had to order this. The bun and the patty was so soft. It literally melted in my mouth. I was a little bit disappointed because I couldn't taste any truffle oil. They add coleslaw in the burger so it tasted like sandwich more that a burger to me. 

It was good tho I really enjoyed the burger and the atmosphere. If you are looking for different style of gourmet burger I highly recommend this restaurant, however if you are looking for classic gourmet burger... Hmmm you might want to check out other place :)
