After finishing #100daysofsteem, I thought that I should do something from my end before starting the new phase. I think about multiple things I can do to increase the community in steemit. 

As the first thing, I started recruiting new people to steemit from my country. Before I do I thought how easy this, but when I start to do I faced some challenges. I wanted to find people who willing to stay for a long, but not like blooming mushrooms. Also, the people who really like to commit.

As the first step, I contacted my closed friends and, @anusha96 , @dinoli, @sandu made accounts quicky and some other friends are pending to create their accounts. I know 😊 the count is little but getting the work start is the most challenging part.

While gathering people I face some challenges in my side when assisting them to create new accounts and introducing features in platform. As the posting mechanism bit different from other social media platforms they made multiple questions about how to tag, how to upload images, how to center them and many. 

So that as an intermediate plan, I thought to write some supporting document to people who is very new to blogging. As the first I wrote A to <a href="https://steemit.com/srilanka/@randulakoralage/a-to-z-guide-to-creating-your-first-verification-post-in-steem-greet-or-summary" >Z Guide to Creating Your First Verification Post in Steem Greet | Summary </a> to give a guide to my new friends who will join the platform to create there very first post in Steem Greek even without knowing anything. 

Honestly, my first day of Recruiting new members is full of bugs and I will use the things that went wrong today to do the work well the next day. After contacting my close friends I'll move forward to contact people I don't know before but it is challenging to me. 😊 Let's see.
