I Rendered This Perspective due to the owners request,,It in RUSH rendered,just to sketch up first before rendering,,But FINALLY this will be the Outcome!!

Hello Steemians,I just want to let you see my rendered perspective using podium,However i just rendered this in a rush time because the owner wants to see immediately what would be the outcome

*Finally,In this photo rendered I'll just take the left side view portion to be rendered in order to see the owner the left portion,I''l put also lightings to have a lighting effect at the building*

#### *The front part is a roll-up -door and i colored it green because owner wants green color,This is along corner lot so, the vehicles would see this building immediately*

In this part I rendered totally front view portion where we can see the whole structures including the existing structures

Again, this view is along Right side view portion,where you can see the boundary wall of the building,

It is utmost structure that i also rendered the Top view part,where you can see the top roof,,it is also important to see the view at the top because sometimes owner needs the roof top of the building.However the top portion at the right view part

And Lastly,I rendered also the left side view portion of the building,because there is also a view along the left side seen of this building,The owner wants to see also the left view part,So I rendered it.

#### In every view there is such important point to project,because sometimes the owner sympathize the effort the we made,I make them present view in different portion .
