Hiding the emotional pain - How healthy this is?
It's more or less understandable why we choose to hide our emotional pains sometimes. But the question is how healthy this practice is?

**Let's talk about it!**

One of the common reasons we hide our emotional pain is the fear of acceptance. This has many forms, sometimes we fear about worthiness, sometimes unloved, insulted or fullish. Whatever the reason is, we sometimes choose to not show to expose what we truly feel inside.

Emotion can be used to trick us and break us out of this slumbering state. In nature the brown bear is good at using the dead body to its advantage, and many other creatures are more skilled at hiding their strength from the world. Therefore, we hide our emotion with a misdirection to hide and surprise what we hold. We often believe that if we show the strength of anger, we will attract the great pain that is hidden behind it.

> We have to understand that it's no one's duty to be sensitive towards us when we feel the pain. We sometimes need to be verbal to make them understand. And if not so, itโ€™s our responsibility to assist them in becoming more aware of and responsive to our feelings.

Hiding the pain is never healthy. We can't hide this from thyself. So, it's better to face it and fight it. Yeah, sometimes it seems easy to act normal than showing what we truly feel. But we should explain our feeling later. So, the same thing doesn't happen again.

And again, as I have said earlier it's would not be wise to make others responsible that they didn't recognize our pain. We should choose to express our true selves and feel if we want someone or other people to be sensitive, show love and support to us.

Don't hide, express yourself and face what it is!
