Rex Peunayong pernah menjadi lokasi primadona untuk menikmati aneka kuliner di Banda Aceh. Namun kini, dengan banyaknya ragam pilihan cafe modern di seantero kota, Rex Peunayong tidaklah seramai dulu.  Tapi, bagaimanapun Rex Peunayong tetap menjadi daya tarik tersendiri. Selain lokasinya sangat strategis di pusat kota, tak jauh dari simpang lima, tetapi juga masih menyajikan makanan yang sulit didapatkan di kawasan lain, seperti kerang rebus. Anak saya ingin memakan kerang rebus, itulah sebabnya saya berkunjung ke Rex. Sebab sepengetahuan saya, disinilah kerang rebus dijual.  Sore kemarin, anak saya minta kerang rebus, akhirnya saya pun melipir ke Rex Peunayong, yang terakhir kali saya kunjungi sekitar 10 tahun silam.   Salam hangat, @razack-pulo
