Dude - I know exactly what you are saying!   I'm going to start having steemventions for people and force them to step away from steemit/crypto for atleast a full 24 hours per week.

I had to do an intervention on myself a couple weeks back and took a full 24 hours.  I had not seen the gym in nearly 2 months after always going regularly.

TILT is real!  I know it in poker, steemit and life.   Those moments can become expensive too!

I can identify with all the tilts - and it is often only self-control which keeps our decision making process well and alive. Our capacity to deal to control emotions is infinite - if we make the decision to do so.

Tilt usually comes when you "play"out of bankroll.  
Do you find yourself thinking "if this coin goes  on a 500% + streak I'm gonna buy this and that "?  Do you trade above what you're comfortable with ?

This reminds us of never-ending poker nights until 4am... It's only worth it if there's a big pot

sometimes its good to go sit quietly somewhere, with the rocks and trees and get close to nature, watching animals sometimes  is the best lesson, throw bread to the ducks or feed a stray cat or dog,there is a lot to learn from nature and animals and there is a spiritual gift that comes from just being close to nature so much to see and learn, we sometimes need to just look with different eyes to put things into perspective and find our own calm.

It never hurts to take a break. Crypto and trying to analyze and predict the markets can be a recipe for insanity and analysis paralysis.

better go to mountain area for a month at least. switch off your mobile . disconnect you internet connetion.  believe me within a week you will be irritated without mobile and internet . after third week your new life will start and you will the difference. Better to be an investor. Play the patience game. Stick to fundamentals. Unless youre single, young and have no kids or family around..then its doable if you have a lot to speculate with. Better to build up businesses and revenue channels steadily and let it take the time it takes. Like with steemit. I see so many people complaining and giving up after posting ten posts. Good luck with whatevet youre going for next :)

I kinda feel the same way, impossible to hang on with all the news these days. That's why I have began focusing on only a few coins. But it's for the good i think, it's a sign of the community evolving and growing. If you'd try to catch everything that comes across in the stock market you'd also be out for a hell of a ride.

I feel like you and I have a lot in common! I have had many tilted moments in my life that almost destroyed me, mentally, physically, financially and emotionally. My recent tilt was when I was diagnosed with MS and lost my career that I worked so hard for. I know exactly what you mean also about expressing yourself or talking to others, it does help!
