Trader's mindset makes me dizzy
Buy.
Sell.
Take profit.
Buy.
Sell.
Take profit.
Buy.
Sell.
Cut losses.

Trading is the art of making money while managing risk. It's walking a tightrope with some safety net on different levels but the ultimate goal being to go on higher higher tightropes. In short, it's not easy.

The daily attention to the market make me dizzy. The constant checking of coin price, of charts, candles and the rest agitate me. It's damn difficult to calm my mind for something else after having had my head stuck in the chart screen for hours.  It's downright speed-tiring.

And there's the bottom line. That's the unforgiving number at the end of the day. Did you make money? Amazing.
Did you lose? Disastrous!
One of the greatset skills a trader can have is emotional numbness. It's not about the bottom line afterall but the ExpectValue of your every trade. Harder to quantify for sure and on such a rationale level that it needs constant effort to supersede the monkey mind who yells: MONEY MONEY MONEY WOOI HOO MONEY! <--- that's a good day

On a bad day, the monkey shrieks in panic:

No..most definitely the agitation is too much.  
There must be a different way.

I hear ye!  ha  How long have you been trading for if don't mind me asking?
Like anything else, it get's easier!  Just hang in there.
My first six months was so stressful.  The most stress I've ever felt in my entire life thus far.  We just have to learn how to control our emotions and one good way is by setting your trade and leaving the screen.  Leaving the screen is hard for me right now as I am home full time trading.  But am learning to shut off the screen as this will indeed drive you crazy and will cause you to make stupid decisions.
What do you trade?

The hardest part of trading from my experience this past year, is knowing when you should take profit.  Especially when playing with small money as you tend to get greedy rushing to grow your trading capital.  You have to have a plan & stick with it.  You have to decide how much you want to take from the market.

hey! 
Well, I'm more like trying it out...i don't tihnk i'm actually "trading" because I don't really follow a scientific method..mostly gut-feels and hype..so I'm at the bottom of the barrel information and skill wise.
Just random alts..what do you trade?

It's definitely a good idea to hang in there, I'm more interested in learning some stuff though as I do..if you have any resources, feel free to share!

I started out trading bitcoin when it was as volatile as the market I trade now, the Forex ;)
Lot's of movement = lot's of opportunity!  
@the time of learning, there were really no good resources to learn how to trade bitcoin and so, I took it upon myself to learn trading by learning the forex market as I was told that you can study any market to learn how to trade.  The Forex had great knowledge for me@the time and so, I went with that!  https://www.fxcm.com/ is where I started out learning of what trading was all about.  
They have free college like classes(tuts) but you have to be willing to deposit money into the account in order to get the free lessons.  Don't worry, it's still your money and you can withdraw immediately.  They just want to draw you in to check out the best market to trade out of all the markets.  5trillion + traded daily so yeah, movement!
I ended up sticking with the Forex and now I trade the Forex using bitcoin denominated sites ;)  Faster transactions then wiring money or using bank accounts.

I don't really trade Crypto but one time I took a look @the XRP chart and every time frame was bullish!  The price was also cheap and so, I bought $8 worth of XRP and it took off to the moon a day & a half later.  My $8 turned into $30 quickly!  But I didn't take the money because I told myself it was to keep for long term for when it reaches a $1.  But when it came back down near my purchase price, I felt like a fool for not taking the profits lol  Funny!  
So for that, I don't trade Crypto anymore, just holding for long term.  I may margin trade however :)

You actually can just sell the 1/3rd now at $1425 instead of waiting for the exact $1500.  

That way you will have the resources to rebuy the same amount of BTC you just sold but at a lower price say around $1100ish minus the TRADING PROFITS which should be withdrawn into your own personal wallet out of the exchange.  Guaranteed profit without being TOO greedy.
