<p><center><h1>The Wayfarer (Wip) 2</h1></center></p>
<p>There is a story coming along with the creation of this painting. I haven't figured out the characters names yet. As you can see there is a gate and the young girl sitting on the suitcase looks like she is talking to a fox and a crow. She has special talents, like being able to read animals body language and talk to them through mimicking their behavior and vocal patterns. She isn't psychic, she is sensitive. Which means her ability to feel is enhanced. What that means I will be spelling out as I work with the painting.</p>
<p> With my past paintings I've noticed that I  make up stories about the paintings. Since posting my paintings here on Steemit for the last year I figured, maybe I should post the stories that I make up as I paint. The problem is I don't like to write. I am working on that problem right now!</p><p> Since I noticed my aversion, I pay attention to my physical sensations my aversion to writing brings up and just observe the sensation and keep on writing. In the past at meditation retreat that's how I let go of my panic attacks. So I figure that's how I am going to let go of my aversion to writing! </p>

<p>I had a hard time sitting down and getting back to work on this complicated piece today. I haven't worked on an art piece since 3 days before Thanksgiving. The ritual has been broken and needs to be reestablished. I think I will work on several easier pieces as I get back into the flow of creating art. It's a special place I have to go to in my mind and sometimes it's hard to get past the gatekeepers. I need to make some offerings first! For the rest of the day I will be drawing out some kitchen art dealing with food. That seems appropriate after all the cooking and cleaning I've been doing for the past week.</p>

<p><center><h3>Whole Milk Yogurt and Frozen Raspberries</h3></center></p>
<p>No sugar needed. My oldest daughter can't digest milk products but her children Sean and Elisabeth sure can. This little snack is an easy dessert or snack to whip up in a matter of minutes.</p>

<p>3 cups of plain organic yogurt.</p>
<p>1 small organic  12 oz bag of sweet frozen fruit.</p>
<p> A blender</p>

<p>Blend your fruit first. This will help make a smooth pudding like snack. </p>

<p>Add your yogurt and blend at high speed.</p>

<p>Scrap the sides of your blender and blend till everything is well blended. Serve immediately or store in your refrigerator. </p>
