Spicy Liver Fry

SPICY LIVER FRY

 It is a very tasty and delicious dish. Because of the high nutritive value, it can be served  as one of the main dishes.  It is very easy to prepare also.

Ingredients:
Liver                                         - 400 grams
Onion                                       - 1
Powdered black pepper   -1 tsp
Roasted chilly powder      - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste             -  1 tsp
Salt                                           - to taste
Meat spice                             -3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder               - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves                         -  1-2 stalks  (optional)
Cooking oil                           - 2 tbsp
Green chilly                           - 1

Method :
Slice the onion.
Clean and skin liver and cut it into cubes.
Put the liver in a pot and add chilly powder,turmeric powder,black pepper,meat spice ,ginger garlic paste and salt and cook with little water.
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion  well and  add chilly and curry leaves.
Then add the cooked liver ,  saute it well and serve  it hot.
