This week I am sharing this post before the weekend and its because I have time so I did not wait for the weekend. There are still 2 days left for the weekend however nowadays all the days seem to like the weekend and the entire week goes the same.

In this post, I am going to share my battle for this week's challenge by @splinterlands and this time theme is NECTAR QUEEN and this card is a common card from Earth team in reward edition. I have played so many battles with this card and I know very well about the best usage of this fantastic card.  

##### Stats and Ability
Nectar Queen is so strong card in earth team and it cost 9 mana to have a place in the team. Nine mana cost is surely high but looking at its abilities its fair this card justify this much mana usage. This is a kind of card which I always use either in front or in second place in the row. It comes with a single ability of flying.  


> Unlike most queen bees, Nectar Queens like to get out of the nest and get their Proboscis dirty. Fortunately, you can hear one coming long before it reaches you. Unfortunately, they have a real taste for blood.

# Card Selection and Placement for Battle

Here is the updated user interface in the splinterlands and it looks refreshing. This is my battle snapshot and mana was 42 which is very good and I could choose many powerful cards. 
I choose 6 cards which are the best of the cards including Nector Queen which is a theme card for this week. I have a Nector Queen gold foil card which helps me to get more DEC tokens whenever I use it and it looks beautiful too.

Here are the names of the playing cards-

* **Rexxie**
* **Nectar Queen**
* **Stonesplitter Orc**
* **Wood Nymph**
* **Goblin Sorcerer**
* **Goblin Mech**

All these cards are so good and anyone can say that with these cards I am going to win the battle however if you see the game hen you will find that not all the cards are used in the game. The Queen leads the battle nicely. 

# Rexxie
This is a common card in earth monster. It cost 7 mana and it hits nicely to opponent player cards and keeping it front is always. a good idea which I follow while using this card in the battle. I kept it in the first place with the strategy that it will do some damage and once its destroyed then Queen will take it over.

# Nectar Queen

Nectar Queen is indeed queen in earth team. Having this card in the team brings you more closure to winning provided its used with a nice card and placed at the right slot. This is a strong and powerful rare card from Earth Monster and I kept on the second slot to give it some initial protection. I have the gold foil card on level 3 but in this battle since my summoner is level 1 so it played with level 1 abilities.

# Stonesplitter Orc

As the name suggests, its quite dangerous for opponents to play cards its ability to retaliate is just superb. It does not cost high mana to have in the team but does a good job to bring the game closer to the winning. I out it after Queen on third place to keep it safe from hits but keep on hitting to the cards.

# Wood Nymph

This is one of the best cards because it helps to restore the life of fighting a monster which helps to fight for long and even leads to winning. It also hits back to the cards and I kept in the 4th place so that it can restore life and also make the hits.

# Goblin Sorcerer

This card may look like the once which costs just 3 mana but it does a tremendous job because it hits cards from the last of the team.

# Goblin Mech

This is one of my all-time favourite cards because it can be used with all the monsters since its from the neutral team. It cost 10 mana but this 10 is surely worth and I either keep it on the front or at the end. In this battle, I placed it at the end however this time it did not do anything and other cards finished the game.

# Battle Details


I played the battle with HELLY7 and this player also had nice cards to play but I think my team was much better than him and thats why I won the game. The opponent player was playing with the fire monster. Now let me take you through my battle to show you my strategy and overall gameplay and I hope you will enjoy it.

# Did my strategy work? will I try differently next time?

My Strategy with battle went well and even not all cards needed to make me the winner of the battle. Nectar Queen is such a queen card which leads the battle once Rexxie was out of the game. 
I have played many battles with this card and I keep on trying different ways to play the game. Even I will try different strategies to play and hope these will be fun too. The mana of the battles was very good so I got high mana cards. I did choose the best available possible and even the result is great.

# Do you use Nectar Queen often? Why or why not?

This is not a new card for me and I don't remember how many battles I played in total. My battling experience with this card has been always great and its one of my favorite card in earth monster. so far and I will be using this card for sure in my future battles with the dragon team.
