Staying on the job which we don't like: My thought.
There is no way that life always gives us the perfect options. We sometimes have to choose between what we want to do and our responsibilities. If often happen that we have to keep our job to take care of our responsibilities and other obligations whether we like the job or not.&nbsp;</p>

In my case, I would choose to leave the if I have other options in my hand for my living. But if not, then it would be a terrible idea to leave a secure job and mess with my life. May be it sounds dumb why I do not gives priority to my dream or why I do not choose to live my life the way I want to. &nbsp;My answer would be 'as I have many responsibilities to take care of.'</p>
<p>It is not always necessary to like our job, I think. There are many way we can keep us motivated to do that if we do not like it. And there are much more way to find another options in the mean time. So I would prefer to make the work likable as possible or choose another option. Till then I will choose to stay on that job.&nbsp;</p>
<p>There is no way I can leave all my responsibilities and take an insecure financial option. I am not that person. And I believe if you have no backup plan or another better option for living then keeping the job is the best idea, whether you like it or not. &nbsp;</p>
