Steamed banana brownies

***Steamed banana brownies***

### Dry ingredients:
* 100 gr multipurpose flour
* 20 grams of powdered chocolate
* 40 gr chocolate meises
* 80 grams of refined sugar
* 1 tsp baking soda
* A pinch of salt

### Wet ingredients:
* 1 egg
* 1 Ambonese banana
* 100 ml of water
* 100 ml of cooking oil

### How to make:
* Heat steam. Prepare a pan that has been smeared with margarine and sprinkle a little flour.

* In the container, mix all dry ingredients and mix well.

* In a separate container, puree the banana using a fork. Add beaten eggs, water and cooking oil. Mix well using whisk.

* Mix the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix well until nothing clots.

* Put the mixture into a baking dish and steam for about 40 minutes or until cooked. Stab test using a fork. Don't forget to wrap the steaming lid using a clean cloth so the water does not drip into the mixture.

* After cold, remove the cake from the baking sheet and ready to be served.
