Everton have signed goalkeeper, Jonas Lossl from relegated Premier League side, Huddersfield on a bosman deal.  The German International would join the Toffees on July 1 once his contract expires at Huddersfield, at the end of June. Lossl will put pen to paper on a three-year deal that will tie him down to Goodison Park until the summer of 2022. He will play as backup to number one choice, Jordan Pickford, who before now has been backed up by 36-year old Dutch man, Martin Skeltenberg. The goalkeeper who made 31 Premier League appearances for the Terriers last season conceded 54 goals but could not prevent their relegation, keeping only five clean sheets in the process. Formerly on loan from Mainz in the summer of 2017, Lossl made the switch permanent a year later to become first choice at Huddersfield. Lossl is one of the several players to leave the Terriers at the close season with some leaving at the expiry of their deals while others like Isaac Mbenza and Jason Puncheon have reached the completion of their loan deals
