Manchester City sensation, Phil Foden is set to commit his long term future to the Premier league club.  The England U21 International is believed to have instructed his representatives to strike a new deal with the Premier League Champions. Foden who has impressed with Manchester City has attracted interest from a host of top flight clubs in Europe but is determined to make a name for himself at the Etihad. His current deal is only to expire in 2020 but the club look set to give him an additional six-year contract to fend off interest. The deal is reported to be an improvement on his current £15,000 weekly pay. The 18-year old received a winners medal last season as City won the league but had to wait till September in the Carabao Cup tie against Oxford United to open his scoring. City have recently seen another English sensation, Jadon Sancho leave for Borussia Dortmund where the youngster has shone outstandingly earning his first call up to the England national tea. Another young talent, Brahim Diaz could be set to leave the Etihad once his contract expires in the close season after falling down the perking order.
