Good going. I've done a couple of runs today, but wimped out of parkrun today after doing a load of walking yesterday as well as a run. I may go out later today. The weather certainly encourages it. Do you run around the track on your own?

See my post about that. It was good. We did our best to not get arrested, but police were taking away those who were willing to take that risk. It looks like the protests are continuing over the weekend. If thousands more can go along to show support it all helps.
