You must report because, well, I have a few questions...
What was the "free herbal mix" available at the bar?
Is it a replacement filler of sorts, if they don't permit tobacco? (I know people mix plant materials all the time...not my thing, but good to know.)
How many strains did they have on offer at the bar?
What was the pricing like and are there 2 sets of prices? (local price and tourist price)

I didn't like the free herbal mix at all. I guess it is a tobacco replacement of sorts.

They had about 8 or 10 strains at most shops. Prices vary quite a bit. I prefer shops away from the city center, but even though the bulldog is very commercial and kind of expensive compared to some, I still like it. My favorite was probably Green House though. Depending on where you go, I saw prices all the way from 9 to 18 euros per gram.

I don't even like mixing tobacco with cannabis which I'm sure you know is very common here, but I would do that before using that herbal mix again! I really just prefer reefers though. If I mix anything with cannabis its only going to be hash or a different strain.

Wow!!! At the upper end that would equal about $40 Canadian per gram. I wonder if they do have 2 sets of prices based on whether they think you are a tourist or not.
Did you feel welcome in the coffee shops? I was under the impression that in the last few years, Amsterdam in particular was trying to curb its cannabis tourism.
