This week I introduce another event to help our fellow Steeminians!

Everyone who uses the internet has searched for a video to figure something out,

If a picture is worth a 1000 words, a GOOD video must be worth of at least 10,000 words!

But, we all have had bad ones that left more confused or dazed!!!

SImply put we are looking for short videos (Usually less than 10 minutes) that specifically teaches you something.

It could be things like:
a technique or two
a quick easy recipe
what things mean on a tool
how to fix something
a technique for art
where to find something
how to use something
how to make something out of other materials
Salvaging something or ways to recycle.

No overviews
This is for real world stuff that you can physically touch,
So Nothing about how to use software or a website (thats tool tuesday)
It should be something that you learn today and could use 20 years from now!

-   Every participant must complete all the tasks in this list for their entry to be valid.
-    If you violate any of the instructions in this list your entry will not be valid.
-    You can have up to 4 entries on this contest.
-    If you won a prize in the last time you played in the Steem Decathlon you are are now receiving steem power and your  upvote must be at least the weight of the rewarded Steem Power
 
-    Upvote and resteem this post, and follow me before you put your entry in, so we can get your friends invited, and build the reward pool.

-    Setup a Blog Post with the following Title:     
"SteemDecathlon S02F04E01 Friday Funday Quickshot!-Find an online instruction video -[name of video]"
-    set the blog post tags to include: 
steemdecathlon video instructions + (two keywords that describe the video)
-    the main body of the Post/entry is very simple:

** Start this sentence: "This is my recommendation fellow Steemians for a good Instructional Video"
** Then place a url to the video (not the page it's on) You can usually get it by right clicking on the video.
** Then the following lines
*** Title:[Name of the Item]
*** Found at: 
[URL]
*** Referred to me by; [If someone else told you about it, tell us who!]
*** Advantages: [Why I used it.]
*** Full Description:[A couple of sentences]

So your entry will be graded on these criteria:
Ease of understanding from your description, usefulmess, quality of the content, and uniqueness

 is what we are going to vote on and use as entries on the contest.

-   PLACE THE TITLE OF THE video HERE with a link to your post
-   IN ADDITION  FOR EACH ENTRY YOU SUBMIT, YOU MUST UPVOTE ANOTHER CONTESTANTS ENTRY HERE AND REPLY TO THEIR COMMENT SAYING WHY YOU LIKED IT!

a) If someone else has already entered the item, DO A DIFFERENT ONE, it will be ignored.
b) Do not write general sites like Google or Youtube.  Point to a specific Youtube video
c) No pay services, or affiliates or Adult Material

e) You can have upto 4 entries

- I will announce the winners a few days after it is over and the Judge tells me the placements in a post with the words [RESULT] infront of the title. The reward pool distribution will come out shortly after 7 days when the upvote rewards on this post are sent to me.

- Every valid entry receives  1 participation point for each entry.

- The top 3 places will split the reward pool for this event 50, 30 , 20 (you can only win one reward per event). If THERE IS A TIE THEN the rewards are split.

- 1st will get an addition 7 contest point, 2nd 5, 3rd 3, and  Honorable Mentions will receive 1 more each
