<p>I heartily suggest watching the following video (30 min.) before reading the post because it addresses several facets of the problem, the corruption, not only of government, but of research material surrounding vaccine research and how it is presented by government agencies. Although the material in the video is mostly about Thimerosal it exposes a pattern of corruption that transcends one toxic vaccine and has become business as usual where immunizations are concerned. Since the video was made the problem has only mushroomed...</p>

<p>The real problem began much earlier in 1986 with the NCVIA (National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act). It showcases the corrupt relationship between Big Pharma, Congress, the CDC, FDA and other agencies and NGO's involved in cover-ups, suppression of research materials and transferral of liability.</p>

<p>As is the case with almost all vaccines the manufacturers and their allies in government are more concerned with getting caught for their corruption than the toxic effects on the health of the population at large. One cover-up after another has effectively built a wall of interference between researchers and the truth, even going so far as to "hide" evidence in the vaults of private NGO's where FOIA requests are null and void... and congress is complicit. Former Sen. Bill Frist, a medical doctor himself, has taken nearly a$1 million from Big Pharma in campaign contributions. In return he has slipped "riders" on national defense bills that aid vaccine manufacturers- no conflict of interest here... as the video points out so well, institutional arrogance, power and greed are the driving force behind immunization legislation using fear as leverage. The body of evidence (that hasn't been buried) showing links between Thimerosal (ethylmercury) and autism is overwhelming- vastly outweighing any perceived benefits. The occurrence of autism (1:25,000) in a non-vaccinated population, compared to (1:166) in vaccinated, tells the tale. So, to avoid any loss of profits, the toxic vaccines are sold to "developing countries" with fewer laws.</p>

<p>How is it that Big Pharma is allowed to put known toxins- ethylmercury in the case of Thimerosal- into medicine? Anyone with half a brain knows that mercury is bad for you. The answer is, as of 1986 Big Pharma can't be held liable for damages. If not Big Pharma, then who? The answer to that is YOU- the taxpayer! The NCVIA, because of the "importance" of immunization (remember, they're mandatory now), transfers liability to the taxpayers... we're footing the bill to poison out own children. As the video pointed out, if vaccine manufacturers were held liable it would likely put them out of business. One thing is certain- it would egregiously affect the bottom line... and naturally the amount of graft- excuse me- political campaign contributions. The one thing we can't afford to overlook is who really pays the price for these toxic vaccines- the children.</p>

<p><em> After an uptick in lawsuits in the 1980s, the vaccine manufacturers essentially held the government hostage and threatened to stop making vaccines unless the government took on responsibility for vaccine injury lawsuits. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 was then enacted which made the taxpayers liable for injuries caused by vaccines and not the manufacturers. </em>This legislation, in addition to the economic hardships placed on taxpayers, crushed any incentives for Big Pharma to produce safe vaccines. In an article for Freedom Outpost, independent journalist Matt Agorist in the last 30 years testing of vaccines has been cursory at best and in the same time no safety reports (which are mandatory) have been filed at all, causing a 300% increase of CDC required vaccines. According to ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network) spokesman Robert F. Kennedy Jr.:</p>
<p><em> The 1986 Act granted unprecedented, economic immunity to pharmaceutical companies for injuries caused by their products and eviscerated economic incentive for them to manufacture safe vaccine products or improve the safety of existing vaccine products. Congress therefore charged the Secretary of HHS with the explicit responsibility to assure vaccine safety.Hence, since 1986, HHS has had the primary and virtually sole responsibility to make and assure improvements in the licensing, manufacturing, adverse reaction reporting, research, safety and efficacy testing of vaccines in order to reduce the risk of adverse vaccine reactions. In order to assure HHS meets its vaccine safety obligations, Congress required as part of the 1986 Act that the Secretary of HHS submit a biannual reports to Congress detailing the improvements in vaccine safety made by HHS in the preceding two years. </em></p>
<p><em> ICAN therefore filed a Freedom of Information Act, FOIA, request on August 25th, 2017 to HHS seeking copies of the biannual reports that HHS was supposed to submit to Congress, starting in 1988, detailing the improvements it made every two years to vaccine safety. HHS stonewalled ICAN for eight months refusing to provide any substantive response to this request. </em></p>
<p>Mr. Agorist goes on to say that this doesn't mean that no testing at all goes on, it just seems that the focus of HHS has shifted from safety to mandatory uptake (vaccination compliance). It also seems to be where the preponderance of HHS dollars have gone to...</p>
<p><em> Furthermore, it exposes a serious problem within HHS. For the last three decades, HHS failed to file these reports and Congress had no problem with it. Whatβs more, on top of not filing the required safety reports, the HHS did abide by the part of the NCVIA that required them to increase vaccine uptake β clearly illustrating where their priorities lie β distribution first, safety second.</em> </p>
<p>In shifting the liability away from Big Pharma, special "secret vaccine courts" have sprung up. This Harvard study explains how the tort system works as it pertains to vaccines:</p>

<em>Prior to passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Act in November 1986, manufacturers could be held strictly liable in tort for vaccine-related injuries, a lamentable situation which allegedly caused increasing prices, discontinuation of childhood vaccine production, and a reduction in vaccine innovation.2 To solve this "liability crisis"--which industry officials, legal commentators, and policymakers contended had plagued the vaccine industry since the late 1960s--Congress enacted a law which eschews state tort law as a compensatory mechanism, and instead shifts the product liability burden from manufacturers to a public National Vaccine Injury Compensation Fund. While this innovation fairly compensates the innocent victims of our compulsory vaccination laws, it assumed that the opponents of strict liability had correctly explained why vaccines were being removed from the market; if this assumption was erroneous, the pre-existing manufacturer tort liability regime should have been left intact, thereby preserving market incentives for investment in product innovation and additional safety. </em></p>
<p>After reading several legal studies on the act, it does have certain merits... it guarantees that families affected by toxic vaccines are compensated. However, that being said, it almost certainly guarantees that the compensation will not be anywhere near what it might be in a jury trial. It also doesn't address any of the safety issues which should be paramount. For example, this excerpt from a study by Ohio St. School of Law exposes the atmosphere in which the legislation was fashioned...</p>
<p><em> The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act addressed a crisis situation that existed for products that provide tremendous societal benefits. Vaccines to protect against serious and life-threatening diseases such as pertussis ("whooping cough"), diptheria, [sic] tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella, polio, and small pox, are, without doubt, vital products. It has been stated that "[vaccines have contributed more to public health in this country than any other medical product, device, or procedure.' '7 Because vaccines contain biological material, however, they carry a risk of adverse effects. The Sabin polio vaccine, for example, is a live polio vaccine which contains a greatly weakened or attenuated polio virus. </em></p>
<p>This is little more than fear mongering... measles, mumps and rubella are not "serious life-threatening diseases," they are common childhood ailments that help build the immune system. When is the last time you met someone that has had tetanus? I've had one tetanus shot in my life and have been exposed to rusty nails and other tetanus carrying agents- yet I've never even met anyone that has ever had it. The Sabin vaccine for polio was found to have had SV-40, a cancer agent, yet was used anyway. The woman who exposed it died mysteriously. Studies are awash with pro-vaccine propaganda and as the video pointed out, any studies showing the dangers are systemically suppressed.</p>
<p>This is only going to get worse, as long as the government is in bed with Big Pharma... money talks and bullshit walks. The NCVIA should have never been passed. Big Pharma uses the Problem, Reaction, Solution technique to create fear of epidemics and then offer a solution- toxic vaccines. When any pushback occurs they use the force of government to stifle it, including burying evidence, bribery and even murder as in the case of whistleblower Michele Carbone of Loyola Univ.</p>
