Curd? Who does not like, if you hear the name of Jara, eat it while eating mind. Playing yogurt is delicious like the face, so also peace in mind. And if it is a yogurt of Bogra, then there is no talk. The name of which came water in Jihba. Many people like to eat yogurt after a very heavy diet, especially sweet curd. And it's pretty good for health. If you like, you can make delicious and perfect sweet curd like Bogra, very easily. Can you think? Ingredients:

- Milk 1 liter
- 1 cup of water
- 200 g of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of curd seeds
- 1 pottery.

The process of preparation of curd seeds

How to make yogurt seeds
1) Keep 2 tablespoons from the previous curd.

2) Mix 1 cup of milk powder with 1 cup of milk and make it very dry. This will work as a mustard seed.

The method of frying

Take a pot of milk and add 1 cup of water and keep it on medium heat.

- If milk is made in half quantities of milk, stir it well with sugar.

- When the milk becomes thicker, let it cool down for a while after cooling down from the oven.

- If the finger can be hot tolerate to sink. Mix well with milk seeds while this type of hot.

Then pour it in a clay pot and cover it with some heavy cloth or some chutney, keep it in dark and cold place for 6-7 hours.

In 6-7 hours the yogurt will be accumulated. If you want to eat chilli yogurt then refrigerate and cool.

- Then serve it out of the refrigerator.
