There are people who want to act only if it is guaranteed to succeed and it will succeed (menuggu certainty), usually they just become followers / tries that if many people who succeed there (finally got behind), or they do not do anything because do not know want to do what (there is no certainty) would only do activities that are sure-sure and sober (not taking new opportunities).
Then there are people who want to move after a change / massive movement that occurs in environmental conditions and circumstances (waiting for change). The irony is that the biggest change we can make in life is actually changing ourselves first, and something that is sure to be successful in life is when we act and keep doing something even if we do not know what the outcome will be (you will never succeed without action).
For people who wait for certainty understand that taking action does not guarantee success, but no success can happen without action, so the logic of the only way to ensure 100% success in life is to take action without any certainty.
