As the Indodax users, I read the press release dated April 16th, 2018 that consist of an invitation to register the most favorite coin in Indodax, based on proposal and votes by the coin community.

I do appreaciate the mechanism that have been offered and stated as a “new way”. Unfortunately, this new way to register and vote requires 100 TEN coin/token to register and another 0.1 TEN coin/token to be able to vote.

I am not concerning about the coin that has been registered and will be voted on April 30th, 2018, but this requirements, I think is not symphathetic and disrespect the existence of coin that has been part of Indonesian society, which is STEEM.
 
I am pretty sure that Indodax realize that Steem is not a new coin, especially ompares to Tokenomy Cooin (TEN) that release in the market on February 15th, 2018. Is is because TEN is belong to the CEO of Indodax and creates the coin which proven is the most favorite coin in Indonesia should regrister and votes with Ten coin exchange as the requirement?
 
This is not fair enough and potentially damage the feelings and dedication of Steem coin fans that all this time used Indodax services for Rupiah exchange. It is much better if Indodax helps the Steem Cmmunity in Indonesia and as soon as possible put Steem on Indodax list as digital asset exchange that claimed as the largest in South East Asia.
 
I also sure that Indodax realize that according to [CoinRanking](https://coinranking.com/), from 100 most favorite coins, Steem coin is on the 30th while Ten, when I make this letter, is on the 272th.

I want to inform you that Steem blockchain is the biggest blockchain and fastest in its transaction compare to Blockchain, Euthereum, and Litecoin. Steem Blockchain also has capability to transfer in 3 seconds only, just compare it with the Bitcoin, Euthereum, and Litecoin transfer speed. I encourage the Steem community around the world to see Indodax's unappreciative treatment to the Steem community in Indonesia while the Indonesia Steem Community has contributed huge amount of transactions through Indodax.
 
Through this exception open letter, I hope that Indodax will open the door to have dialogue with Steem Community in Indonesia and we are ready to share the development and growth of Steen community in Indonesia as well as the most prosperous community to encourage the government to be more appreciative towards the development of cryptocurrency in Indonesia. []

Sebagai pengguna Indodax saya sudah membaca press release bertanggal 16 April 2018 tentang ajakan untuk mendaftarkan coin favorit di Indodax berdasarkan usulan yang diikuti voting oleh komunitas koin. 

Saya menghargai mekanisme yang oleh Indodax disebut sebagai cara baru. Hanya saja, cara baru baik pendafaran dan voting harus dengan menukarkan 100 TEN per coin/token untuk didaftarkan dan 0.1 TEN untuk vote terasa kurang enak.

Saya tidak menyoal coin yang saat ini sudah didaftarkan untuk dilakukan voting pada 30 April 2018. Tapi, syarat ini saya nilai tidak cukup simpati sekaligus tidak menghormati keberadaan coin  yang selama ini sudah menjadi bahagian dari masyarakat Indonesia, yaitu STEEM. 

Saya yakin pihak Indodax tahu bahwa Steem bukan lagi coin baru, apalagi jika dibandingkan dengan coin Tokenomy (TEN) yang baru dipasarkan pada 15 Februari 2018. Apa karena TEN milik CEO Indodax lantas membuat coin yang sudah terbukti favorit di Indonesia harus mendaftar dan voting lagi apalagi disertai syarat menukar dengan coin TEN. 

Ini perlakukan tidak adil, dan berpotensi melukai perasaan dan dedikasi penggemar coin STEEM yang selama ini menggunakan jasa Indodax untuk pertukaran dengan rupiah. Harusnya, pihak Indodax membantu komunitas Steem di Indonesia dengan segera memasukkan Steem dalam indodax sebagai digital asset exchange yang diklaim terbesar se-Asia Tenggara.

Saya juga yakin, pihak Indodax tahu bahwa menurut [CoinRanking](https://coinranking.com/) dari 100 coin favorit, posisi coin Steem ada diurutan ke-30. Bandingkan dengan peringkat TEN, yang pada saat post ini dibuat berada pada peringkat 272. 

Saya ingin memberitahu bahwa Steem blockchain adalah blockchain terbesar, tercepat dalam transaksinya dibanding Bitcoin, Ethereum, dan Litcoin. Steem blockchain juga mampu mentransfer hanya dalam waktu 3 detik, bandingkan dengan kecepatan transfer Bitcoin, Ethereum, dan Litcoin. Saya mendorong komunitas Steem diseluruh dunia untuk melihat perlakuan Indodax yang tidak apresiatif kepada komunitas Steem di Indonesia padahal telah menyumbang banyak transaksi melalui Indodax. 

Melalui surat protes terbuka ini, saya berharap pihak Indodax membuka pintu dialog dengan pihak Komunitas Steem di Indonesia dan kami siap menyampaikan peta perkembangan dan pertumbuhan komunitas Steen di Indonesia, sekaligus sebagai komunitas paling prosfektif untuk mendorong pihak pemerintah agar lebih apresiatif terhadap perkembangan cryptocurrency di Indonesia.
