Consensus 2018 conference finished just 2 months ago. A lot of speakers and developers brought new information about progress in their blockchain and cryptocurrencies projects.

A lot was told before the conference. Many so-called ***experts*** predicted, that the price of Bitcoin will rise so rapidly as it happened in the history after Consensus conference.

**But what is the reality?**

The price of Bitcoin just before the start of Consensus 2018 was 8700 USD. Nowadays we see Bitcoin at 6700 USD. That is 2000 USD dip, what is 23 %. And we were even lower, the price of Bitcoin was 5900 USD only 3 weeks ago, that is 33 % drop from 8700 USD.

But what we can get from this information? Sometimes the experts and predictors trying to act as an oracle and trying to make some influence on the traders. John McAfee, Charlie Lee, Warren Buffet etc., they want some attention, they love it. But maybe more.

**They might have some background information and maybe the best solution might be doing the opposite, what they talk. Maybe they or their advisors are doing the opposite and trying to convince the crowd to act some way and get profit from it. I am not saying it could be just a coincidence or a poor prognosis but look to the past for the answers. When they “mooning” us, the crypto falls. If they will start to scary us, be ready for the “rocket”.**
