<html> <p> 有人说中国人这一生中，要被无数各式各样的证件所包围，这话其实一点也不假。比如未出生就要办理准生证等，待孩子出生后，医院立刻会给开具出生证，紧跟着就是要户籍派出所登记户籍证，身份证，上学后开始学生证，毕业证等各式各样的资格和学历证书，走上社会后会有证书从业上岗证、社保证，以及开始步入婚姻的结婚证、房产证(不动产)等等，曾有好事者闲来无聊，统计了下，各式证件加起来竟然多达百种之多，不能不令人惊叹，国人这一生果真是被证件所包围和左右了。</p> <p> 而这其中很多证件，是非常重要的。比如我们最熟悉的身份证，丢失了还可以去户籍派出所重新补办，又比如毕业证，丢失了学校却不会再帮你补办，最多也只是开个证明而已。而有些证件，则非常重要，一旦丢失，后果会比较麻烦，比如小孩子的出生证明，如果你登记了户籍，办理了身份证还好说，否则真是无法证明“孩子是你的孩子”了。</p> <p><br></p> <p> <img src="https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfUKGq71Vk4k8gzajbht9B1PvoEj3hsttfKxw7w92UrcB/jiehun.png" width="514" height="307"/></p> <p><br></p> <p> 既然证件这么多，这么重要，却又不是每天或经常用到，自然是要放在一个重要的地方保存起来，以待日后随时需要。之前我们多年来都习惯了讲证件存在家里保管起来，而自从近几年来移动互联网普及以来，陆续出现了一些电子证件，却也是极大地方便了人们的生活，比如学历证明，就可以在网上可以核查到，又比如一些资格证书等，有相应的编码，甚至政府发放的证件如营业执照等，近来也在上边贴上了相应的二维码，用手机已扫描即可知道证书的相关信息内容等。</p> <p> 去年的时候，听说南沙那边已经签发了全国首张「微信身份证」，据说目前全国各地的身份证已经都可以申请「微信身份证」，但我没有使用过，一些其他的证件如驾驶证虽说早已在支付宝中可以查到，但却也从未在现实生活中真正使用过。而就在前几天，我看新闻时，提到江苏省政府宣布，</p> <p> 在和支付宝合作“江苏政务”小程序2.0版本里，上线了电子结婚证，为全国首创。根据支付宝官方描述，在江苏已经登记结婚的夫妻，只要打开支付宝搜索“江苏政务”小程序，在“我的卡包”里刷脸就能领取与实体证相对应的电子结婚证，而且完全免费。</p> <p> 又看到一新闻，江苏省一大妈胡女士听说“电子结婚证”的新闻后，紧急为女儿添加征婚条件，要求男士不仅要有车房，还需当面验证对方能否添加“电子结婚证”。胡女士说：如果不能领取才证明是真未婚，免得女儿遭遇隐婚男骗婚。</p> <p> 看来这电子证件，还真是有很多意想不到的益处呢。</p> </html>
