There's nothing like driving away from an experience you're struggling with and turning up the tunes really fucking loud. This is pretty much what I did when I left the silent retreat and drove 2.5 hours home with the air conditioning on and the radio on. I lucked out on two consecutive radio shows on Triple R Melbourne Radio that I love - <a href="https://www.rrr.org.au/explore/programs/breaking-and-entering">Breaking and Entering</a>(focussed on new tunes) and <a href="https://www.rrr.org.au/explore/programs/the-australian-mood">Australian Mood</a>  which plays only Australian songs, both old and new. It was late in the day and the countryside was freaking beautiful - trees, mountains, hills, valleys, the winding road that went on and on. I couldn't have been happier at my decision, although like anything, there's slight tinges of 'what ifs' that always niggle.
