## Question ### What indicates a Healthy human? What attributes do you consider a "healthy" person to have? Mind, body, spirit, emotions...any input will be greatly appreciated. What are these indicators of health? ### What indicates a human with Sickness? What do you consider to be signs of "sickness"? I am sampling everyone's answers (comments below) to determine what people consider to be health and sickness. I think health or sickness starts in the mind. You act on the things you know. If you know Health, you act on it. Now that may mean different things to different people. But once you start to know what makes your body work best, you start watching what you eat. Maybe then exercising. But it all starts in the mind. And ultimately we make a choice for one or the other by the accumulation of the choices we make everyday. And the great thing about choices is we can start making better ones each day to achieve the health we desire. Health is the only gold.

Well for sickness, and some might not like this, it would be overweight. Being overweight has a lot to do with being sick. And attributes for health I want to say right off the bat someone who is slim. But, unfortunately, just because you're thin doesn't mean your healthy. So, i guess for healthy I would say a person with lots of energy. You can just see it on them.

For sickness, a clear indicator is paleness of the skin... now this may raise argument but hear me out... I used to be quite pale- those were my times of dairy, meat & egg consumption.... I burned easily which is a sign of toxicity or mucus within ... so the pale or pallor skin is a sign of mucus buildup within from wrong foods... now that I've been on raw and mainly fruits for over 4 months, and on this health path for years, I do not burn and my skin tone has changed... I've proved this to myself and I learned it from various sources... health signs? Calmness, clear eyes (iridology reveals true health status)... white teeth, strong nails, the ability to think for oneself ... health is rare, sickness is commonplace... this is where humanity is at for now...
