You may think, "But what if I am just imagining these things that happen?" My friend, that is exactly what reality and creation is: you first imagine it, and then it becomes true. My dear ones, keep imagining--continue to imagine!
# Continuing...
In the last blog post about the [UNREAL: Top 2 Meditations and Where to Learn Them Properly](https://steemit.com/health/@robertgenito/unreal-top-2-meditations-and-where-to-learn-them-properly), I talked about the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation. This is a short and sweet 6-8 minute meditation that is worth every ounce of time and dedication you put into it. The rewards are great! Daily practice will bring you unreal results, greatly assist in your spiritual awakening, and apparently it allows you to consciously transfer your memories from this incarnation to another. After daily practice, you'll realize that you are consciously practicing this breathing continuously.
I still practice this meditation today. It helps me solve problems and receive the best daily guidance.
And now, a meditation that changed (changes) my life *every single time* I practice it. Over the last 2 years, I have only practiced this 3 times, and my life has changed dramatically--and joyfully--3 times. Rather than assisting me with solutions and guidance, as received through the merkaba meditation, this next meditation brings **new actions** into my life that are aligned with my purpose.
# #1: Entering the Sacred Space within the Heart
If you have faith in my words, you will easily accept what I am about to tell you. For the individual who is overly locked up in their own mind or for the skeptical individual who is so worried to protect their thought models ("belief systems") ... bear with me! :) Know that I am communicating something that is not taught to most people since they were little children.
Drunvalo Melchizedek has extended the meditation referred to as the "Unity Breath" to help people enter the sacred space within the heart. He now promotes the "Entering the Sacred Space within the Heart" meditation to help others cut past all of the distractions and simply live in alignment with their true purpose. After all, that is why you've come here in the first place! He wrote a beautiful book about this titled [Living In The Heart](https://www.amazon.com/Living-Heart-Enter-Sacred-Within-ebook/dp/B007YC6GEQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1500073902&sr=8-1). I have never read a book with so much enthusiasm in my entire life.
What or Where is this "sacred" space? It goes something like this...
![heart-electromagnetic-fields-meditation-sacred-space.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTmLS1urxKDzWGgAU96L6mPZWEKKYtXdCEYYw6R7YjZUL/heart-electromagnetic-fields-meditation-sacred-space.jpg)
In December 2010, Nassim Haramein released a paper about the [Schwarzschild Proton](http://resonance.is/wp-content/uploads/SP.pdf) which demonstrates that the proton obeys the same conditions as what modern physics deems to be the same conditions as a black hole. This means that the proton is infinitely dense--it contains all of the "mass" that is known to be in the universe itself. This would mean that we live in a "fractal" universe and 1 mind, 1 body, and many consciousnesses.
Whether this is true or not, it raises questions in the community seeking spiritual development: what is so special about the heart? Why do humans instinctually communicate with one another that they "know it in their heart" or that they "feel it in their heart"? Is it possible that the heart contains all knowledge in the universe? Is there a reason why the ancient Egyptians--far more advanced than our society today--were known to throw away the brain and preserve the heart?
According to the research from the [HeartMath Institute](https://www.heartmath.org/)--part of Stanford University--the heart is much more intelligent than the brain, and sends far more commands to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. Something interesting is going on here, and it is enough to give our over-achieving-intellectual selves a brain-gasm....followed by enough attention to listen to these possibilities.
Before we came to Earth, we stored specific information in our heart. This information is the "random" and "intuitive" force that guides us to fulfill our creative desires. Or at least this force continuously sends signals to our conscious mind until we become too distracted to remember our purpose. Let's take this literally: we came to Earth for a reason, and that reason is written in our heart. *Literally*. Yes, I am being redundant on purpose :) We also stored other items to help us with our journey.
## The Benefits and Drawbacks of this Meditation
Pros:
* Unlike other meditations, you literally only need to do this *once* to have life-changing results.
* I *remembered* what I call "my true father and my true mother". "Know Thyself".
* If you ever want to go on a fun trip, this will bring you there. The heart is a very fun place!
* I know why (who) I am and what my original goals were for this life. This allows me to cut past distractions, keep focused, and enjoy everything about myself and those in my life. I even enjoy certain people in my life who are simply just a pain in the ass :) I have found nothing else more motivating.
For the Pangu Shengong NMF exercise and the Merkaba meditation, there really weren't any drawbacks. The only drawback is something that you cannot comprehend as being beneficial--when the truth is that *it is beneficial*. This is the same exact case for the meditation for Entering the Sacred Space of the Heart. **There are no drawbacks to performing this exercise.**
## Practice Overview
The meditation itself takes at least 10-12 minutes and can take much longer. The length depends on how long you wish to stay in your heart--just like the length of your trip to a theme park depends on how long you want to be there.
First, you begin with the Unity Breath meditation: you connect with your true mother (Mother Nature), connect with your true father (Father Sky), and you both lovingly commune with one another. You will use rhythmic breathing and beautiful visualizations to help you connect. You must access your source of appreciation, love, and gratitude to open your heart and get in contact with Mother Nature and Father Sky.
Next, you exercise your spirit or conscious self to "leave" your brain and eventually enter your heart. Once within the heart, you wait...and your experience will come to you. There is a male way to do this and a female way to do this. Your physical gender does not matter: it is your Self that will determine which way helps you access your heart.
> When your heart and the heart of the Earth and the heart of the Sun are connected together with love, a special vibration enters into your spirit, and at that moment, the Holy Trinity is alive on Earth. Your Divine Mother and your Divine Father and You, their Divine Child are One in love.

# LET THERE BE LIGHT: Personal Epiphanies and Realizations
If you intend to remember what you have experienced, you may want to write it down. I have not found it necessary to write down my experiences immediately. Instead, I am able to remember these experiences consciously afterwards. Now, whether or not I remember these journeys the next day is a different story :)
Looking back, **The biggest thing that I realized** is that big things came after I practiced these meditations! I've had 3 major changes in my life--3 amazing changes. I never expected these amazing changes to happen, and I only became aware of these amazing happenings--post meditation--after thinking deeply and talking with others to **remember** the time periods that I practiced these meditations. I needed to know how soon these big changes in my life came after I Entering the Sacred Space within the Heart.
Below are 3 major changes that happened to me after the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time that I practiced this meditation.
## The 1st Experience
This was a pretty dark time in my life. And that was just perfect! After the first time I performed this meditation, I "randomly" gave up consuming all animal products. Most people have a conscious reason for changing their diet, especially when it comes to going to a vegan diet, for example. Most people have an inspiration. Maybe this vegan person became "vegan" because they saw a shocking video, or they saw an inspirational video, or they have and want to correct horrible health issues, etc. My reason was unconscious.
I used to think that I gave up animal products randomly--in an instant. People would ask, "Congratulations! Why did you do this? What motivated you?" and the only honest answer I could give was, "It just happened randomly. I sought answers, and it came to me strongly. I've discontinued eating animal products ever since." Once again, the truth is that the reason was unconscious.
I remembered the first practice of entering the sacred space within the heart quite well: I did it in the closet; it was the summer time before I moved to where I live today. And recently I realized, in astonishment, that this "random" act happened after the first time I entered the sacred space within my heart.
I gained mercy, I gained empathy, I became in touch with our deep appreciation and fascination with the creatures of this earth.
## The 2nd Experience
Long ago during my regular practice of the Pangu Shengong moving form exercises, I contemplated and asked the universe, "What is the natural diet of man? How can I eat in alignment with the design of my body?" I asked this long ago while I was eating an animal-based ketogenic diet. I did this keto diet for nearly 4 months, by the way! Long ago when I meditated on this question, I received the answer. And the answer sounded impossible. The answer was to "eat" only the following...
* Sun light.
* The air you breathe.
* Ok fine...water.
* You insist on "eating", don't you? In that case: juicy fruits.
* Man, you're persistent! You really want something else? Then: eat the tender leaves of plants--DO NOT EAT THE ROOTS.
* The furthest you can go until you begin to abuse your mental / physical / emotional / spiritual body: is consuming the non-germinated beginnings of life (seeds, eggs, etc).
I wrote this down after the Pangu Shengong meditation, and I then posted about this on social media. It wasn't until nearly 2 years after this meditation that I also entered the sacred space of my heart for a second time. During this second journey, I entered the "tiny" space of the heart. I remember the 2nd experience of this "into the heart" meditation as well. It was during the holidays. Within a few weeks, I became inspired by these fruitarian guys who lived in Norway, and I saw for the first time that eating fruits was indeed possible without sacrificing your ability to think and to act properly.
I began eating mostly fruit, and my life was changed. Forever. My entire world was flipped upside-down for the better. I learned so much about myself, the world around me, and my design. Just as Pinocchio became a real boy, I became a "real human being".
## The 3rd Experience
By this time, I was still unaware that entering the tiny space was bringing huge changes to my life. I remember this 3rd time. And what happened shortly after it?
### SOLID FOOD VACATION.
Yup. The most I had ever "fasted" in my life was for 1 day of drinking just water. I also did 1 day of fasting where I had no water and no food. What prompted me to do this was that I was going through a divorce, and I was so desperately (still) in love and doing anything I could to bring positivity back to my marriage. I was truly dedicated, and when a therapist recommended that I not eat for 1 day, I took those words seriously. And then when I was recommended to not drink water for 1 day, I took that serious as well! I learned a lot.
And now, after the 3rd experience of entering into the sacred space of my heart...
I took a huge leap forward.
I had nothing but juices (strained of their pulp) for 60 days. 60. Days. Straight.
That seems pretty extreme, eh? That period of time in my life was more consciously transforming than anything prior. I gained an understanding of what all spiritual masters have been warning humanity about, I gained the best health in my life, and I began to understand my unlimited nature and the unlimited nature of creation.
