#  LA MISMA GENTE 

1977 San Antonio de los Altos estado Miranda nace una de las bandas pioneras del hard rock venezolano formada en un principio por Pedro Lizardo “PTT” (Guitarra y voz), Humberto Lizardo”IKE” (bajo), Víctor González “Kasino” (Batería), forman la primera alineación de la banda a ellos se le junta músicos como Pedro Galindo (Saxofón), Mario Bresanutti (Piano), Ricardo Ramírez (Flauta) este último es el que le puso el nombre a la banda.

Desde el inicio el sonido de la agrupación se basa en el hard rock hasta que con el tiempo fue depurando su estilo hasta conseguir su propia autonomía  sonora sumado con las letras de PTT fueron tomando un caris poético. 
Formando una trinidad junto con bandas como Resistencia, y Arkangel y si forman un movimiento de rock duro en Venezuela a comienzos de los años 80.
Una de las características de la banda es que se atrevió a mezclar sonidos típicos del hard rock   con elementos de música folclórica así como también con ritmos latinos. PTT como compositor se caracteriza por reflejar a la sociedad de aquella época pero también fue un prolífico escritor de canciones románticas, como lo refleja la letra de su canción más emblemática llamada “LLUVIA” en donde se refleja de un joven que fue abandonado por una mujer a la que amo, el mismo fue escrito por PPT en 1969 pero publicado en su disco “POR FIN” el mismo se convirtió en unos de los grandes clásicos del rock hecho en Venezuela.

#####   Fueron teloneros de Bandas como: 
Grand Funk Railroad (1982)
Joe Perry Proyect (1982)
Barón Rojo (1982)
Así como su presentación en la gira de las siete estrellas en 1981 entre otras presentaciones.
Nunca faltaron las polémicas por la letra de alguna de sus canciones ya que molestaron la sensibilidad de algunos políticos o altos jerarcas de la industria musical causa de que se le haya cerrado algunas puertas, pero nunca perdieron el respeto y reconocimiento de de el público y colegas siendo así una bandas más influyentes del rock venezolano para más de una generación
La banda siguió siendo liderada por PTT, el primero en irse de la banda fue Kasino a principio de los 90 luego se fue IKE quien emigro del país.
En marzo del 2013 ocurre algo lamentable PTT es víctima de un accidente cerebro vascular (ACV) que lo ha mantenido alejado de la música.
En el año 2014 varios artistas de la escena rock de Venezuela editaron u álbum llamado:
“Canciones de la Gente” así brindarle un merecido homenaje para PTT
