My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2019

Hello Actifitters! Good day! I hope you guys are doing well.  I am certainly taking it easy and just wanted to rest, relax, and slow down back to my normal self as it has been entirely and extremely exhausting this past week; giving all our best as we’ve experienced it.  Overall, it was honoring and at the same time fun to all of us. And I just wanted to extend my congratulations to everyone, it has been an amazing journey.

So, here’s my report:

I woke up and started out this morning at 7:45 by walking slowly on the treadmill until I reached 10K steps. After that, I was doing laundry, cooking, and watching my other favorite Turkish show called “Mehmet.” Also taking the time to interact with my fellow Actifitters by reading, answering, responding, and upvoting their post, which I enjoyed reading.

The weather here was cold, rainy, cloudy, and foggy, hence no feasible outdoor activities for me today. This completes my report.

Thanks everyone for stopping by, liking, and supporting my post as well as your words of encouragement really means well to me. I wish you all well and a happy day tomorrow.
