Covid 19 continues to expand the area of distribution. There have been many cases of sufferers infected by this COrona Virus. There were quite a lot of COVID 19 victims who died. Various attempts were made by each country to overcome COVID 19. One of them is lock down.
Lock down has been applied in various countries. Some took the lock down nationally and some did it regionally.
There also are not using lock down but provide other alternatives such as self-isolation and social distancing.
If the Italian, Malaysian and other countries do lock downs, Indonesia will not take steps to lock down.
Indonesia imposed COVID emergency response 19. During the emergency response period it was separated for several criteria.

<h2> for those who are healthy </H2>
for those who are healthy we must not neglect. We must stay alert. The way that can be done while maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle.
Wash your hands every time you do something or hold something with running water and soap.
Maintaining food intake that is nutritious and consuming vitamins will help the immune system.
With this status we all have to work in synergy or cooperate more closely. good cooperation between all parties needs to be built in the community. The point is to suppress the corona virus transmission.
We must reduce activities outside the home. Everyone must share responsibility for the health of themselves and others. According to medical instructions, by reducing activities outside the home, it is believed that it can reduce the case of corona transmission. We all have to really understand that, for the common good, in winning the battle against the ferocious corona virus.
 For those who are healthy, they must do social distancing. Keeping the distance so that they are not contaminated is quite effective. Social distancing is absolutely done by all parties. If not, the potential and danger of spreading the virus from Wuhan, Hubei, China will also increase.

<h2> For those who are sick </h2>
those who are sick with mild symptoms must be aware of and take the necessary action immediately, namely isolating themselves. we must be willing to temporarily isolate ourselves, and our families, so that we are all successful against the spread of the corona outbreak.
For those who are sick with moderate and severe symptoms can directly contact the medical authorities to get a special treatment.
We have to believe we will get through this storm of corona.
