<div class="text-justify">Un nuevo día lleno de bendiciones para todos. Hoy me siento muy motivada porque llevo días realizando mis ejercicios creo que me hacía falta no abuso porque tengo un problema en la columna pero desde que leo algunos diarios hay uno que me motivo y es el diario de @albenis el verlo realizar sus ejercicios me motivo es que en esta plataforma uno aprende bastante.

Mi día comenzó al levantarme con mucho entusiasmo realice mi aseo personal y luego realice algunos ejercicios de respiración y estiramiento en mis brazos, piernas y en el cuello de modo que no sea tan forzado por mi columna y luego en mi bicicleta realizando ejercicios pero también me acompaño mi sobrina que se puso a realizar los ejercicios conmigo y sí que es más rápida que yo en la bicicleta, después de realizar mis ejercicios me tome el té de jengibre que eso ayuda a la salud y a quemar calorías en nuestro cuerpo.

En la tarde aproveche me iba a poner a lavar cuando de pronto así de la nada se nublo y cayo un palo de agua muy fuerte hasta la luz se fue tres veces y con truenos y relámpagos eso sí que asusto un poquito.

Mi hermana realizo el almuerzo una rica sopa, carne guisada y arroz con ensalada comimos muy rico, después del almuerzo me senté un ratito a ver televisión con mi sobrina viendo su programa favorito la patrulla canina y  a las cinco de la tarde cuando prendí la computadora lo más rápido posible escribí mi post para el concurso de @franyeligonzalez no quería quedarme por fuera pero después que lo termine de publicar y contestar unas notificaciones se fue la luz y eso me puso triste porque me atraso pero mi sobrina me dice se fue la luz vamos a jugar y me puse a jugar con ella con sus legos ahora eso está dentro de mi rutina jajaja… </div>

Que bueno que estés motivada a realizar ejercicios porque son muy buenos para la salud y así mantienes mejor tu cuerpo!

Hola amiga como estas,  pensé mucho antes de realizarlos pero sabes es bueno hacer ejercicios eso ayuda a la salud y así trato de que mis huesitos no se oxiden.

Mi sobrina me gana en ejercicio es bueno que empiece desde pequeña a cuidar su salud.

Un día diferente para usted, el ejercicio es bueno para tener activo nuestro musculos y huesos.
Es verdad el Té de gengibre ayuda a quemar la grasa poco  a poco de tu estomago, tambien es bueno beber agua de limon en ayuna.

Hola amiga como estas, ayer fue tan fuerte el aguacero y los truenos que hasta yo me asuste es que todo estaba tan oscuro que daba miedo y de paso sin luz.

Y bueno me motive a realizar mis ejercicios voy poco a poco hasta agarrar el ritmo.
