My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2021
The sun was shining and so U went ti the icean to go swimming 

The water was choppy but surpridingky the water was not cold.

I hsve to go in the afternoon when the sun is at its brightest. It makes swimming so wonderful when the water is warm.

I swam fir an hour. Tge water was clean.
