집에서 하는 요리 #김치만두
오늘은 김치만두에 도전해 볼까 합니다.
우선 재료를 준비하기 위해 마트를 가기전에 재료 확인 합니다.
신김치, 양파는 냉장고에 있고 돼지고기 다진 것과 숙주, 부추, 두부, 만두피를 사면 되겠네...
그럼 마트로 고고~~~~~

신김치 짜서 다지고, 다진고기는 마늘과 정종 후추가루 넣고 살짝 볶았고, 숙주 데쳐 송송 썰고, 양파 다지고, 부추도 송송, 두부 데쳐 으깨서 커다란 그릇에 합체해서 뒤적뒤적 골고루 섞으면서 다진마늘 추가하고 후추가루 조금, 소금으로 간하면서 계란 2개 넣고 섞어섞어........

만두피로 본격적인 만두만들기 시작.......
빠른 손놀림으로 2시간만에 100개 완성...ㅎㅎ

- 메밀가루와 밀가루를 섞어서 반죽을 해 놓고 먹을 만큼만 밀어서 만두피로 써도 좋습니다. ... .^^.
