# Negatives are Easy
I had written up a post about bees and bee awareness and another about my recent posts for Inktober and now they are gone. Noooooooo!

# Blasting the Negative 
I was actually trying to get out of lecture mode and just share something awesome. I will get them back on later, I am sure. But I would like to then, take this moment to talk about negativity. As you can imagine... I was a little salty about the loss of my posts. But these things happen. Normally, I use Markdown 2 and have a backup but I was in a hurry. 

Before I got too salty though, I thought of a post that I had been working on, which was about being negative.  It would have been super easy to get in a funk. Afterall, that was hours of work and time is money. But who has time for that? Not I! I figured that I would take a moment and blast the negatives and get back at it.

Enough is a strange word. 
Really, at the end of the day, what does it mean? We all use it. Nearly every student, myself included, that I have encountered on a magickal path has used this word as a description as to what they want to attain. 

* "I want to be enough." 

* "I will never be enough."

* "I am not enough."

Today, I automatically went in there. While I talk the talk, I have to try to walk the walk as well. When something bad happens, we aren't alone in our self-loathing.

There is always company and a person out there willing to say that they suck when things go wrong, rather than to accept that they have no idea how to take control of the situation. It takes a moment to get your bearings back when the unexpected happens. 

I try to go off of my own experience and to be honest while I am going through this whole process both in the occult and regarding psychology. 

The longer I do this though, the more I wish this word wasn't part of our vocabulary. 

_It lacks substance and yet it means so much._

# Negatives Do Not Negotiate - They Penetrate
There are some words in the world that need more care than others. These words are those that when let loose without boundaries, clarity or direction will act. They press upon humanity from the inside, from the mind. Eating away at the soul when not controlled. They work their way outward towards the environment, seeking another host to prey upon. Then they bore into the brains of others, spreading an infection of information. 

# Penetrate This
The challenge is to accept the feelings that flow through and then to in turn, to let them go. They aren't good for you. They aren't good for much of anything but they do contribute to the learning process, so there is that. But what a heavy lesson to learn! Especially when we can stop it from happening. Rather than being penetrated by something you don't want in your life, take the opportunity to turn things around. 

The challenge to myself and to you all now, is that when you hear the words in your mind, formulating the doom of your day, trying to bring your day down with dissing on yourself. 

    STOP
    DROP 
    Reroll 

Take a moment to look at things differently. Roll those emotional dice onto something good. For example, my posts being eaten... they led me to this... a post being written that I have been promising myself and one of my students for weeks. I get caught up and lag though and it doesn't happen. Now it is here and out in the world. Huzzah! I also have yet two more posts to consider posting. I also have a few positive gifs and I also just thought about the fact that those are close to gratitudes... which reminds me to write my gratitudes. 

# Penetrate YourSELF

Who has the power to create positive changes in life? **THIS GIRL!**

You have the power to overcome so much adversity... Adversity that comes from yourself mainly. When you begin to look at it this way then you begin to get a more clear idea as to how much control you have over your own life. You are not a victim. Life is not happening to you, it is happening with you. 

Here's something to meditate on if you think this is all hog-wash. Afterall, there has to be something for everyone, right?
