Garlic Yogurt Ravioli

Hello, dear ladies of Steem Women Club, today I will share with you the ravioli, which is a very practical and economical dish.

Now let's move on to our recipe.

MATERIALS

a pack of ravioli
a bowl of yogurt
Garlic
Butter
Salt
Powdered Pepper
Oregano

FABRICATION

First, we put half of the water in a small saucepan, add a little salt and let it boil.

We throw the ravioli in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes until soft.

We take the cooked ravioli from the water with the help of a strainer.

Prepare the yogurt in a small bowl until the ravioli has cooled.

Add garlic and salt to the yogurt, mix well and pour over the cooled ravioli.

We roast it in a small coffee pot and pour butter, ground pepper and thyme on it.
