Evening downtown walk on My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2018

I didn’t accumulate much activity count this morning or afternoon, but I did some serious grocery shopping this evening.

After I made dinner, I did some dishes, and then walked over a mile on Main Street.

I turned around after I climbed the stairs at a parking structure.

I was happy to get out of the house, and walk some of my anxiety off.
