계획대로 되는 것은 하나도 없어.. 내 인생이니깐..
내 인생은 언제나 계획과 다르게 간다.
뭐.. 내 인생뿐만 아니라 여러분의 인생도 대부분 비슷할지도 모르겠다.

그래서 우리는 계획대로 멋지게 삶을 살아가는 사람들을 보면 동경의 대상으로 생각하곤 하니깐 말이다.

한 2년전이었다..
집과 직장의 거리가 버스 정거장으로 약 8정거장 쯤.. 빠른 걸음으론 30분 정도 걸리는 거리다.
그래서 건강도 생각하고 살도 빼고 애들과 주말에 놀 때도 쓸 수 있겠다 생각을 해서.. 스쿠터를 샀다.
오토바이 말고... 킥보드 스쿠터 말이다...

사실 웹서핑을 하다가 우연히 본 휴잭맨의 사진을 보고 나도 우리 아이들과 저런 생활을 하고 싶다는 막연한 생각이 내 뇌를 지배하고 있었기에 위 이유는 그냥 지름을 실행하기 위한 핑계였을 것이다..

그런데.. 타고 다닌지 몇주만에.. 손목에 불상사가 생겨버리고... 그 이후에 스쿠터는 집 구석에 보관되어 있다 고이 접힌채...

그리고 한 1년 조금 안되었을텐데..
저탄고지 다이어트가 처음 소개되었을 때, 약 2달정도를 실천하며 나름 효과를 본 적이 있기 때문에.. 이번에도 다이어트가 필요하다는 생각을 하였고 당연히 성공적이었던 저탄고지를 하기 위해서...

코코넛 오일을 샀다... 그것도 대량...

그런데 코코넛 오일을 받자마자 얼마 안가서... 속에 무슨 문제가 생겼다.. 지금도 그것은 지속되고 있는데..
검진까지 받았는데 큰 이상은 없다고한다.. 분명 그런데 정상이 아님을 내 몸이 느끼고 있다...

그렇게 코코넛 오일도 서늘한 그늘에 보관되고 있다... 방탄커피 마셔야하는데..

아 무슨 이야기를 하려고 글을 시작했는지도 이젠 희미해져간다.
난 프로 글쟁이가 아니기에 생각 나는데로 나열할 뿐인데.. 처음 쓰려했던 것이 길어지게 되면 길을 잃어 버리게 된다...

아무튼 몇일전에 또 웹서핑을 하다가 신기한 것을 발견 했다...
집에서 만들어 먹는 막걸리...

난 술을 안 마시는데도 불구하고... 호기심은 엄청 많아서 저걸 보고나니 만들어 보고 싶어졌다.
그래서 친구인 @jinuking을 꼬셔봤다.. 그런데 이녀석은 귀차니즘의 절정을 누리고 있는 아이여서..
술은 쉽게 돈내고 먹어야지 왜 만들어 먹냐고 답이 돌아온다... 아.. 젠장..

그래서 할 수 없이 내가 샀다..

그런데 막걸리 킷을 사려고 방문한 쇼핑몰에서... 간단한 식사대용식을 보게 된다... 아..
무의식적으로 손가락은 이미 클릭을 해버렸고... 무수히 많은 리뷰를 나는 번개같이 훓터보았으며..
중간에 치명적인 문구도 보고 말았다.

그쵸? 그런데 저 선수는 저걸 지켜왔다고 들은 것 같습니다.
그러니 그만큼 결과가 나오는 것 같기도 해요.

하지만 저런 사람들은 소위 우리가 말하는 스타들이겠죠~
일반인들은 계획을 수정하고 수정하며 그렇게 살아가는 것 아니겠어요? ^^

저희집도 필요에 따라 저탄고지 다이어트를 하시는 분이 계십니다.
한때 운동과 병행해서 25kg정도 빼신 것 같네요.
키 180에 몸무게가 97의 피크를 찍으셨으니 
좀 거대하셨던 때가 있었네요.^^

저도 2자리수까진 아니고 1자리수로 뺏는데.. 가장 효과를 보고 나름 요요도 없었던 좋은 기억이 있어서 다시 하려고 했는데 말이죠... :-)

저도 거대해지기 전에 다시 운동과 식이요법을 살짝쿵 해봐야겠어요.
