 Today I was walking on my treadmill again. I decided to play around with the settings a bit, and increased the elevation halfway through my 45 min walk and compared the calories burnt, with my previous walk. The increase of 2 in the elevation from 8 to 10 resulted in 11 more calories burnt. (I also walked slightly faster in the beginning, but ended at the same speed as last time) Enjoy your weekend, it is almost time for a beer!!
