Delicious Besan Dhokla for any time

Hi Friends,

A light dish very popular in the state of Gujrat in India. Although it is quite simple to make at home but I prefer to bring it from market as from there it comes with delicious sweet and sour chatni (souce)and fried mirchi (chilli).

It is a spongy steamed cakes made up of Gram Flour and curd.
The recipe can be enjoyed any time you feel, but we usually have it in the evenings before tea.
