Hello everyone! 

I am so glad to share with you my Thursday event that really makes my day joyful and memorable. 
On the 17th of June, 2021, I woke up at in a good health condition and sound mind then I gave praises to the almighty for the life and blessings shown to me that day and everyday.

I am a student who likes Law and cases demanding the interpretation of the constitution though am not a law student in my degree study but I have a little knowledge and oral studies on that. Due to my pleasure and courage it towards it my friends called me “Gold Coast “ due to the law jargons I always used when am speaking. So, from my own conscience and encouragement from my colleagues I was appointed to contest for the portfolio of the Supreme Justice of our department association (RELAMSA).

I passed through all the necessary procedures vetting, manifesto readings and also creating student awareness. All in all, yesterday was the Election Day thus the D-Day and the was really massive all though I passed through some fear along the line but I tried to overcome it. My portfolio, those who initially contesting me couldn’t make it through the vetting and for that matter my option was a yes or no vote. But before I can be declared as the winner I need to get more 70% of the valid votes cast. 
The voting started 7:00am in the morning and the exercise went on smoothly without any violence and misunderstandings and finally end at 5:00pm in the evening for the coalition of the results. The Returning officer of electoral commission after their coalition declared me to have a votes of 1988 out 2009 valid votes cast making 90% of votes and therefore I was declared as the winner of the election for next Supreme Justice elect for the association.

My day was so marvelous and memorable, I celebrated the glorious victory with my classmates and other contestants who won their portfolio’s. The day was so glorious and memorable to me!!!
