So before getting started, let's get one thing straight, working out is not just a means to lose weight or make the body look perfect according to the beauty standards that have been set by the society. We are living in the era where technology has taken over most of the part of our lives that makes us rely on it, resulting in less physical activities and more on-screen activities. 

We do like to spend more time on screen and well, who wouldn’t want to make their life easier with the use of technology? Yes, technology is a blessing but the problem here is that before relying on it so much, people didn’t have a choice but to make things happen themselves which involved some sort of physical as well as mental activity. However, now it has become a matter of choice and willingly or unwillingly people have become lazier. It doesn’t feel right to see young kids getting tired only by getting the door when the bell rings!

Children have become more engrossed in their screens and like everything, social media has its pros and cons. Teens are starting to get insecure by coming across those fashion shows that suggest that a perfect body is either skinny or consists of six abs. Failing to achieve such bodies leads to depression and eventually giving up on it. That is exactly the opposite of what working out aims for. When one wants to adopt a healthy lifestyle, the goal should be to stay fit. It will eventually show. No matter how fat, thin, chubby, tall or short you are, the workout is for everybody. There are no conditions and limitations. Of course, a trainer will guide you better according to your body type but try to focus on fitness and health rather than physical appearance. It may sound like a myth but the truth is that our bodies are designed to stay active and without the desired activity, the body could fall for various diseases. One example is that of heart disease. People with heart diseases in their family are advised to stay active to improve the heart rate. 

-	**Stretchability:**
 Different routines of exercises have been introduced by top trainers to improve the stretching ability in a human body. These exercises are both fun and beneficial to make the body more flexible and improve the posture. A body with rigid joints and inflexibility may make it prone to injuries. Moreover, stretching also makes a human body relax by loosening some muscles. This is especially advisable for people who have full-time jobs in offices and often get a backache because of sitting in one position for too long.
