# BELIEVE IN YOU TO FIND YOUR PASSION

Believing that we are capable, that we are valuable and have the strength to create great things for our lives and for the lives of others is also a cause to feel closer to finding what we want to do for our lives.
I have also had these problems, I didn't have a guide and I have lived complicated situations and misfortune, now I have people who I call my mentors with whom I train and help me guide myself, yes, the guide is you, yourself from your natural intelligence you build your life.
The biggest problem is that we are out of ourselves for a long time, whether it is because we are distracted by work, digital distractions or the lives of anothers; if you don't have the ability to devote time to yourself it is difficult for you to know your natural abilities and those you want to develop, let alone your limitations and passions. I also want to emphasize here that balance is important, very emotional people tend to live inside themselves and far from reality.
One idea that helped me a lot was to develop a broad mission of life and from there start the road to get there, it's like building backwards, but it works. You visualize yourself and then create that which you are aspiring to achieve. It is important that your mission helps your world, helps you and anothers, so you feel more complete and you may find many partners on the road.
Action is fundamental in these processes, it is important that you meet and reconcile with yourself, that you learn to believe in yourself, if you didn't do so before, and if you already do so, keep it up and become stronger and more authentic. ***Heal your mind and heart, discover yourself, change your beliefs and build your reality.
In this post I express what I've learned from my life experience, I write it for reflection and I hope I can help anothers.

# CREE EN TI PARA ENCONTRAR TU PASIÓN

Creer que somos capaces, que somos valiosos y tenemos la fortaleza de crear grandes cosas para nuestra vida y para la de los demás también es una causa para sentirnos más cerca de encontrar lo que queremos hacer para nuestra vida.
También he vivido esos tropiezos, no tuve una guía y he pasado situaciones complicadas y de desventura, ahora cuento con personas que llamo mis mentores con quienes me entreno y me ayudan a guiarme a mi misma, si, el guía eres tu, tu mismo partiendo de tu inteligencia nata te encargas de construir el camino de tu vida.
El mayor problema es que estamos fuera de nosotros mismos mucho tiempo, sea porque estamos distraídos con el trabajo, con las distracciones digitales o con la vida de nuestros semejantes; al no tener la capacidad de dedicarte tiempo a ti mismo es difícil que conozcas tus habilidades naturales y las que quieres desarrollar, y mucho menos tus limitaciones y pasiones. También quiero resaltar aquí que es importante el equilibrio, las personas muy emocionales suelen vivir apegadas a su ser y lejos de la realidad.
Una idea que me ayudó mucho fue desarrollar una misión amplia de vida y partiendo de ahí entonces empieza el camino para llegar hasta allá, es como construir al revés, pero funciona. Te visualizas y luego creas eso que ambicionas. Es importante que tu misión ayude a tu mundo, te ayude a ti y a otros, de esa manera te sentirás más completo y es posible que encuentres muchos compañeros en el camino.
La acción es fundamental en estos procesos, es importante que te encuentres y concilies contigo, que aprendas a creer en ti sino lo hacías, y si ya lo haces sigue así y hazte más fuerte y auténtico. ***Sana tu mente y corazón, descúbrete a ti mismo, cambia tus creencias y construye tu realidad soñada.***
En este post expreso lo que he aprendido con mi experiencia, lo escribo para reflexionar y para orientar a otros.
