You cannot really understand the enormous amount of strength that lies within you until "giving up" is not an option. When being strong is the only option you have, you will be surprised at the amount of strength you have in your inside.

Strength, more often than not, comes as a result of continuous efforts, which will lead to your growth. You will be surprised how little the world cares about you, so you have to develop your strength and not depending on the world to save you.

The truth is, inside you lies unimaginable strength but the question is; "will you give expression to the strength within you?"

Just like you need physical exercises (power lifting, push up, press up, etc) to build your muscles and physical strength, you need to constantly confront obstacles for you to develop your mental strength. Anytime you are faced with challenges, just look at them as the tools you need to build up your inner strength.

Always know that everyone has a measure of "will power" but a point will come when you will realize that you need more than just will power to save yourself, this is why you must constantly build yourself up.

You do not wait for challenges to come or on the day of adversity for you to develop your strength. Remember, a good soldier is not one who trains on the day of the battle but one who trains before the battle and lives ready.

We live in a world where survival is almost based on the best fitted - this is why you should constantly upgrade yourself to maintain your relevance.
