The Act of Accommodating People
<div class="text-justify">

It is a known fact that humans are still far from achieving a state and can be called "perfection". This is because they are obviously full of flaws here and there, but at the same time, there is an inherent goodness in everyone. On that note, it is imperative to learn to accommodate others and look beyond what we consider as flaws and focus more on their areas of strength. This is the reason humans are built as complements to one another and not to serve as competitors.

In relationship for example, the expectation of perfection is the reason for not accepting one's partner the way they are. The truth is, if you have observable flaws, how do you expect someone else to be without flaws? When you learn to accept people the way they are, it will limit your expectations on them. Sometimes, people may tend to offend you because of their human nature, but this should not make you to conclude the person as bad.

You do not have to expect everyone to fit into your set standards. Obviously, even you yourself have not fulfilled the full requirements of your own requirements. As long as someone is making progress to keep becoming better in their own way, then second chance is still existent. Instead of spending your time to find faults in people, try to focus more on their good sides and how to make themselves better
.
If you are always drawn to people's faults, you may become very lonely at a point because you will obviously see faults in every human. There are many ways to get people to improve on themselves without emphasizing and making their faults the focal point. Consolidating more on people's flaws will make them to think less of themselves and they may end up not improving. But when you help someone build on his strengths, they will ultimately override his weaknesses.

The same person you conclude today as heavily flawed may be the person that will point you to your salvation tomorrow. Remember this, no matter how bad someone may appear to be today, it does not mean that the person is completely useless. The same person may rise above his flaws and create an impact tomorrow. There are many people that have risen above their limits and have broken new grounds, found new paths, and blazed new trails.

I once read about a particular world's renowned paediatrics' neurosurgery. While in elementary school, his performance was way below par. Some people even told him that he will not amount to anything as far as they were concerned. However, while all these happened, his mum found a way to accommodate his weaknesses and kept motivating him that he could rise up and achieve something worthwhile. When he saw that his mum did not give up on him, he picked up the fragments of his broken academic life and started working towards improving.

A few weeks after his resolution to improve, the termly result came out and he did so well, even beyond his own imagination. That was how he initiated his journey towards greatness and now, he surpassed where people thought he would not get to. All these were possible simply because his mother accommodated him the way he was and focused on what he can do instead of what he cannot. Always have this in mind:

> Everyone has something to offer, only if they will be able to give expression to their strengths.
